Introduction of Fitch Credit Rating and withdrawal of Credit Rating Coverage with S&P

The credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed Enexis' long-term rating at AA- with a stable outlook. At the same time Enexis has terminated its credit rating agreement with S&P Global Ratings (Standard & Poor's) and requested the agency to withdraw its ratings, which currently stands at A+ with a negative outlook for both Enexis Holding N.V. and Enexis Netbeheer B.V..

Enexis Holding N.V. will continue to be rated by two international rating agencies, Moody’s Investors Service and Fitch Ratings. Moody’s current rating for Enexis Holding N.V. is A1 and Fitch’s rating is AA-, both with stable outlooks.
